I love creating new ideas. And now that I am happily retired, I have lots more time to create them! Whether its crafts for decorating my home, or up cycling items I find at garage sales, thrift stores, and even on the curb, and turning them into something wonderful.
The creative juices flowing in my head are almost always in overdrive....so many ideas! I love sharing my new ideas with all of you! So please follow me and let me know how I'm doing! I hope I can inspire you.....and if I do....send me a pic. I would love to see your creation.

I love post like these. They are all great tips I knew about the wooden spoon, and learned the box of foil tip a while back. That was extremely helpful!

thank you for the tip about using a staple remover on key rings. Good to know – I always had to ruin my nails for that

Oh stop! Your making me blush…hahaa. I just love your blog honey! You make your recipes so interesting by the stories that go along with them. You are a writer and Chef!

A writer I am; that’s how I made a living in the old country, starting at the age of 17, but a chef? Every woman from Odessa is a chef, and my grandmother was the best of all!

Oh honey, you are an awesome writer and chef in your own right!

Easy to cook in this country; you go to stores and buy stuff, and you have all kinds of smart kitchen machinery, and water comes out of a faucet, both cold and hot!

I am, and that’s why we celebrate Thanksgiving, and like my father used to say, “G-d bless America for taking us in!”

Well knock me down with a feather! I knew about the toothpaste one, and the same goes for shampoo, a blob the size of a UK 50p coin is enough. I was amazed about the cans and the pans, why don’t they just say so.

That last one is good to know! Will try that when I’m running low on ink. The hole in the pot handle/spoon idea though….I have tried that and it doesn’t work like they show. Not with my pots and spoons anyway. 😉 I’ve heard many of the others before but haven’t had the need to try them, like the take-out container idea and the ketchup cup.

Some of them you would never think of. I use the spoon atop the handle on the pot. I like the take out container also, they are all good. 😉
