Glove People

I have another wonderful craft for you to do with the kiddos! This is such a fun surprise to show your little one. Then watch there excitement  as they want to try too!!!I  love creating these easy little crafts in between a big project! Did I mention you probably have all four items at home….really inexpensive.

So…here are those 5 supplies you need:

  • Latex Rubber Glove
  • Permanent Marker
  • Scissors
  • Straw
  • Any Size Plastic Cup.

My cup is see thru, it was the only one I had on hand. It would be even a bigger surprise in a cup you cannot see through.

So I used the scissors to cut a small hole near the bottom of the cup.

Draw little faces of any kind towards the top of each finger:

Now you take the cup and attach to glove around the top to cup.

Then you stuff the rest of the glove inside the cup. See the little eyes peeking at you from the bottom of the cup:

Here is what it looks like when finished:

Now take the straw and stick it into the cup:

And Blow! All you are doing is blowing up the glove that is inside. The real fun for kids is watching the hand slowly come up and above the cup! It is so cute! I didn’t have anyone to take the pic, so I couldn’t get a really good pic of it blown up, this is the best I could do:

Wasn’t that fun! Kids will have so much fun making the faces, and blowing it up!

      2. Oh, they are at the perfect age for crafting these glove people. Have you seen my Fairy Jar? That would be so perfect for you and the children!
