Hello everyone! I hope you are having a fabulous weekend. Christmas is off to a beautiful start. We had a wonderful Festival of Lights parade last night…it was so beautiful! I recently posted my wreath I did for my tablescape…
I added mini led lights to the wreath, ribbon and box. Well here are some more from me and other creators..
These are from BHG:
Aren’t those pretty!! They are made from real greenery…must smell so wonderful!
You know how I love to up cycle….how is this for my son’s door who loves to ride his bike! Do you know anyone who has a passion for cycling? Wouldn’t this be awesome for them as a gift!
You can do this wreath with poinsettias. You can purchase bunches of poinsettias and some holiday greenery from the dollar store. Also a styrofoam or wire wreath.Remove all the leaves off the greenery and poinsettias. Gather up leaves from a tree or bush from your yard. With hot glue….start randomly gluing them on.
This one is for all you cooks out there….and everyone who loves to bake Christmas cookies..
You can purchase these red and green cookie cutters and the foam wreath at a dollar store. Just wrap the wreath with ribbon, then hot glue the cookie cutters on.
This one is made as a chandelier hung by 4 golden ropes. This is just a 24″ wreath, wrapped in burlap. Then you take garland and glue it to the out sides of the wreath. You can add the pine cones and red berries if your garland is plain.. If you already have a chandelier…wrap garland around it…then wrap wire around the garland and chandelier so it stays put. You just have to wrap wire in about 4 places…depends on your size. I took rope I found at the dollar store and painted it with my metallic gold paint. You can find the gold rope at a craft store if you don’t want to paint. I just always do the cheaper way, if I can
I hope some of these have inspired you. Those who have a dollar store near them, can create these wreaths. They also have cute little 8″ x 10″ santa and other signs. They would fit perfectly inside the center of your wreaths.
Next up….do you know how to tie a Christmas tree bow? Watch for the tutorial coming up next.
